TTL level: Typically, data is represented in binary format, with+5V equivalent to logic "1" and 0V equivalent to logic "o",
known as TTL signal system. It is a positive logic RS232 level: using -12V to -3V, equivalent to logic "O", and+3V to+12V,
equivalent to logic "1", it is a negative logic
